The Hemenway School PTO will be hosting our annual Spring Fair on Sunday, May 19th.

As we had an amazingly successful Fun Run in the Fall, profits from the Spring Fair will go to offset First Day of School supplies for all the children at Hemenway .... and we are asking for everyone’s help to support this year’s event with needed donations and volunteer help to be successful again:
We need many volunteers through out the day; just one or two hours of your time makes a huge difference! Please consider offering your time to help make this year’s fair a success. You can take tickets at one of the fun games in the gym, give away cool prizes, sell raffle tickets for fabulous prizes and teacher/staff activity auctions in the main lobby, etc. etc.!! Please SIgn-up Here and fill in the appropriate time slot - or e-mail Hemenway PTO with your availability and we’ll take care of it. Middle School and older children are welcome to volunteer, we can sign paperwork as needed. Volunteers that work 2 or more hours will received 10 free raffle tickets and 10 free game tickets. We ask that each class to provides TWO (2) volunteers to support the fair! SIGN-UP HERE

Decide the number of entries you would like – Tickets prices: 1 for $5; 3 for $10; 5 for $15; or 10 for $20 - fill out the appropriate number of Raffle Tickets using the form here with your choice of prize # and send back to school by Fri May 18th with cash or check payable to Hemenway PTO and we’ll enter the raffle for you! You do not have to be present to win!! (Note: items may be grouped together on the day of the fair)

Activities with Teachers/Staff:
This year, we will continue to offer the ever popular Teacher/Staff sponsored activities! Thank you to the amazing Hemenway Staff in supporting these activities for our students. Signups are first come first serve during the Spring Fair on 5/19. Afterwards, families can signup electronically on a "wait list" status. A lottery, if necessary, will be used to fill any open spots for the event.
