Spring Fair: Sun May 19


The Hemenway School PTO will be hosting our annual Spring Fair on Sunday, May 19th


During the fair, patrons may purchase tickets for chances to win various raffle baskets. Raffle basket tickets are sold to raise funds for the coming year to enhance and support educational experiences at Hemenway. Money raised helps to offset field trip costs and in school assemblies and is used to purchase much-needed school supplies for the classrooms, library, and media center.

We are asking for your support!  Donations are needed for items ranging from services, tickets to entertainment facilities and attractions, restaurant certificates, jewelry, home furnishings, and more.

May we count on your help? An auction committee member would be happy to pick up your donated item at your convenience, or if you prefer you may send it to:

Please submit your donation no later than May 13th to ensure proper recognition at the auction. The earlier your donation is received, the sooner we can add your donation to our promotional materials.

 We are excited to be able to host food trucks as well as vendors again this year.

Do you own a Direct Sales, Crafter or Artisan business?
Hemenway PTO would love to have you as a vendor during the Spring Fair. Vendor setup begins at 9am. Setup should be complete by 10:45 am. Space is 6x8 in the Hemenway Cafeteria. All vendors must provide their own table and chairs. One representative per direct sales company will be selected to exhibit. Exhibit and vendor location subject to change and assigned by Hemenway School PTO

Vendor Fee: $25 (payable to Hemenway PTO) and Raffle Item(s) valued at $25-$30

Please submit your vendor registration form no later than Friday March 22nd. After this time, the vendor registration form will be opened to the local community.
